Return Policy

You can return your order within 30 days of receipt.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Our warehouse is located in Asia, so please be aware of potential shipping costs. The cost of return shipping typically ranges between $20 to $40, depending on your location and carrier.

We strongly recommend using a shipping method with Track & Trace, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments.

How to Return Your Product

Follow these 3 simple steps:

Step 1: Contact Us

Email us at info@modernomilano.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
We will provide you with detailed return instructions.

Step 2: Send Your Package

After receiving our instructions, return the items to the address we provide.
Please use a shipping method with Track & Trace, as you are responsible for the return shipment.

Step 3: Receive Your Refund

Once we receive your return in good condition, we will process your refund within 14 business days to your original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you may reconsider your purchase.
Cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing your order.

After this time, the order may already be in processing or shipment and cannot be canceled.

Important Notes

Returned items must be in original condition, with all tags and labels attached
Items must show no signs of use
We reserve the right to refuse returns if items appear used, damaged, or altered
All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the shipping cost
Shipping fees are non-refundable
