You can return your order within 30 days of receipt, without giving a reason.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Our warehouse is located in Asia, so please be aware of potential shipping costs. The cost of return shipping typically ranges between €20 and €40, depending on your location and carrier.

Nous vous recommandons vivement d'opter pour un mode d'expédition avec suivi(« Track & Trace »), car nous ne pouvons être tenus responsables en cas de perte des colis retournés.

Comment retourner votre produit

Suivez ces 3 étapes simples :

Étape 1 : Contactez-nous

Envoyez-nous un e-mail à l'adresse info@modernomilano.com ou envoyez-nous un message sur WhatsApp en indiquant votre numéro de commande et le motif de votre retour. Nous vous fournirons des instructions détaillées pour le retour.

Étape 2 : Envoyez votre colis

Une fois que vous aurez reçu nos instructions, veuillez renvoyer les articles à l'adresse que nous vous indiquerons. Veuillez choisir un mode d'expédition avec suivi (« Track & Trace »), car les frais de retour sont à votre charge.

Étape 3 : Recevez votre remboursement

We will refund your payment within 14 days of your return request, to your original payment method. We may wait with the refund until we have received the items back, or until you have shown proof that you have sent them.

Want a different size, color, or product? Simply place a new order for the item you'd like instead and return the original item following the steps above. We will refund your first order within 14 days to your original payment method, once we have received the original item or proof that you have sent it.

Articles erronés, endommagés ou défectueux

Received the wrong item, or did it arrive damaged or defective? Contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@modernomilano.com or via WhatsApp, along with a photo of the issue. We will send you the correct item as quickly as possible, at no extra cost. In most cases, you will not need to return the original item, unless we specifically request it.

If the replacement item is not in stock at that time, we will offer you a suitable alternative or a full refund.

Conditions d'annulation

You can cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it.

After this time, your order may already be in processing or on its way to you. You can then still use your right to return the items within 30 days of receipt, as described above.

Import Duties And Taxes

All orders are shipped directly from our supplier outside the EU under Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) terms. Any import VAT, customs duties or clearance fees charged upon delivery are paid by you to the carrier or customs authority, and are not refunded by ModernoMilano, also not in case of a return. Depending on your country, you may be able to reclaim these costs from the carrier or customs authority when you return the goods.

Remarques importantes

Returned items should be in original condition, with all tags and labels attached
You may inspect the items as you would in a store. If items show signs of use beyond that, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund
